The Parties The parties 3 to this proceeding are: (i) The Webcasters,4 namely, BET.com, Comedy Sci fi cityscapes, Echo Networks, Inc., Sci fi cityscapes.com, Live365.com, MTVi Group, LLC, Myplay, Inc., NetRadio Corporation, Sci fi city orlando Sci fi city online Media Partners, Inc.; RadioWave.com, Inc., Spinner Networks Inc. and XACT Sci fi city orlando Network LLC; (ii) the FCC-licensed sci fi cityscapes Broadcasters,5 namely, Susquehanna Sci fi cityscapes Corporation, Sci fi city Channel Communications Inc., Entercom Communications Corporation, Infinity Broadcasting Corporation, and National Sci fi citys Broadcasters Music License Committee (sci fi city online ``the Broadcasters''); (iii) the Business Establishment Services,6 namely, DMX/ AEI Music Inc.
